We take great pride in being regional award winners in the 2020 Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition for our exceptional renovation project. We received the Silver award in the Renovation category for projects valued between $500,000 and $1 million. 

The goal of this project was to transform a 1960s home into a modern, contemporary residence. Every detail was meticulously considered in the renovation design. The home underwent a complete remodel, with only a portion of the original foundation and framing retained. A new foundation was added for the garage and extended to encompass the living area. The custom-made kitchen, featuring a floating breakfast bench, provides a seamless space for family entertainment throughout the day. The home boasts high-quality fittings, including luxurious "Buddy" tapware imported from Italy. To ensure optimal warmth, a fully ducted heat pump system was installed, leaving no compromises in comfort.
