We are proud winners of the Gold Builder's Own Home Award for the Canterbury region in the 2020 Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition. Our team at Phoenix Construction Management brought the architectural plans to life, handling the carpentry, joinery, and structural build with meticulous attention to detail. 

The exterior seamlessly blends cedar and plaster, harmonizing with the surrounding hillside. Inside, the home boasts impressive features such as 2.7m ceilings, extended doorframes, a handcrafted oak staircase, and luxurious 22mm Oak flooring. The kitchen and walk-in pantry showcase elegant white marble countertops and top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances. For entertainment purposes, there is a glass-enclosed outdoor area that can be opened or closed as desired. The house is fully insulated, including internal walls and ceilings, to minimize noise transfer. With underfloor heating and a heat pump system on the ground floor, warmth is guaranteed without compromise.
